UV Printer Ventilation System

It consists of a fan, an induced draft duct, and a gathering hood. Here, attention should be paid to the selection of fans, control of air volume, and exhaust method.
The selection of the fan should be determined based on the power of the UV lamp and the actual situation of the box space. Generally, two fans, namely the wind and induced draft, need to be delivered, but there are also those equipped with only one induced draft fan. Insufficient fan power and exhaust air volume can lead to excessive temperature inside the chassis, shortened lamp life, and even melting, making it difficult to ensure the quality of cured products; If the fan power is too high and the air volume is too high, the temperature inside the chassis will be too low, and the UV lamp cannot work at full power, making it difficult for the solidified material to dry.
2. Air volume control refers to the fact that the air volume of the UV curing device should be adjustable. This is because we need to consider the large temperature difference between winter and summer, and many factories do not have a constant temperature workshop. Therefore, if the UV curing device works with the same air volume in winter and summer, it will definitely affect the quality of the product. Generally, temperature control is used to control two fans. When a certain temperature is reached, one fan will automatically start, and then another fan will be started when a certain temperature is reached. Valve openings will be installed on the exhaust and air inlet to control the air intake and exhaust volume.
3. The method of exhaust refers to adopting methods such as upper air supply and lower air supply, or upper air supply and lower air supply. However, regardless of the method, do not blow the wind directly onto the UV lamp tube, as this will result in the UV lamp not working at full power due to excessive heat loss (the light changes from white to a non dazzling blue), and the ink cannot dry at all.
