Precautions for use of plate cutting machine

The use of CNC cutting machines in the current furniture industry market is becoming increasingly widespread, and it is precisely because of the promotion and use of this equipment that the processing efficiency of many customers has been greatly improved, and it has also reduced most of the manpower and material resources. However, it is inevitable that some inevitable situations may occur during the operation and use of the equipment, which requires us to spend some time maintaining our equipment and pay attention to some precautions during use in order to extend the service life of the equipment.
1. Set different processing parameters based on different materials
At present, customized panel furniture commonly consists of different types of boards, such as solid wood boards, density boards, multi-layer boards, and particle boards, and the hardness of these boards also varies. This requires us to not set the processing speed too high, otherwise it can easily lead to tool damage or material edge collapse. So it is crucial for us to set different processing parameters based on different materials.
2. It is necessary to correctly connect the ground wire
The grounding wire connected to the distribution cabinet of the cutting machine can effectively prevent static interference. Once the static interference is strong, it is easy to cause errors in the signal transmission of the control system, leading to significant machining errors and also prone to machine tool running and other faults. So it is an essential step to connect the ground wire of the electrical cabinet before starting the operation.
3. The importance of maintaining vacuum adsorption pumps
Due to the fact that most of the processed materials are made of sheet metal, there is a high requirement for the adsorption force of the vacuum adsorption table on the machine. Some adsorption pumps require water-cooled ones. In winter, when the temperature is low, it is necessary to ensure that the adsorption pump will not freeze due to low temperatures, otherwise it will cause volume increase and damage the adsorption pump, affecting production. So it is also necessary to perform simple maintenance on the adsorption pump after normal use.
4. Daily maintenance of the cutting machine
In addition to the above precautions, the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment is also very important. After daily use, dust removal should be carried out on various components of the machine, such as the chassis, spindle, and other important components. Daily cleaning and maintenance work must be done well. The machining tool can also be removed and wiped clean, allowing the spindle head to relax and relax.
This is of great help in extending the service life of the main shaft head, and then we need to start cleaning the workbench, using a brush to clean the dust and debris on the workbench. It is best not to pile up debris on the workbench in order to avoid deformation of the platform. Finally, move the machine head to the seated or lower right position to park it to prevent collisions, and then cut off the power supply. Finally, it is necessary to regularly check the screws and other components of the equipment for looseness. If looseness occurs, it can easily lead to accuracy errors.
