What is the use of the automatic height measurement system for UV printers

The technology of UV printers is still in a relatively extensive state, and the functions of UV printer machine components are still relatively complex for some customers. Through continuous research and production, and technological reform, our technicians have upgraded the components of UV printers. Among them, the automatic height measurement system greatly facilitates and enhances the operation convenience of UV printers.
Automatic height measurement system: This device is used to measure the height between the front of the printer and the printing pad before printing, and the operator adjusts it to achieve the best printing effect.
Usually, the front of the UV printer needs to have a height of 1.5-2mm from the substrate before printing begins. 1.5-2mm is a relatively suitable height, which can effectively control printing accuracy and ink flying without colliding with the substrate.
Previously, the height adjustment of the front end of UV printers was manually operated. The operator first raises the front of the car, shifts it over the substrate, and then lowers it to a height of approximately one centimeter. Through repeated translation and visual inspection, the bottom surface of the front of the vehicle and the surface of the substrate reach a suitable height. This operation takes more time and visual inspection is not very accurate. Operators sometimes use rulers and coins as height references. Sometimes, the thickness of the printed material itself is not uniform, and accidentally it can cause friction or collision. For the operator, it takes a lot of time to measure every part, front, back, left, and right.
So is there any way to avoid these problems? The answer is to use an automatic height measurement system.
