Screen printing is one of the common printing methods and also a commonly used T-shirt printing process. This process involves pressing ink onto the fabric through a woven mesh plate. The opening of the mold causes ink to flow through the room to form a pattern. Use a filling scraper or water suction scraper to push ink through the wire. When pulling the blade, the ink is pushed through the mesh and flows onto the required material.
Advantages:
Mass production is cost-effective
Easy to print on special clothing
Compared to other technologies, screen printing can provide a greater ink thickness, which brings greater possibilities when completing components.
Durable and long-lasting
